Are Women Who Do Muscle Building Programs Attractive?
Since women have been a part of bodybuilding contests, have they successfully made their mark and put themselves up there not just as bodybuilders but attractive women who have capabilities equal to their male counterpart?
Some may find them admirable. However, there are still others who have their reservations, seeing women with muscles that are usually seen in a male body through muscle building. Others would safely forward that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
Whatever the case and however you define beauty, what is important build muscle insofar as the women who get into bodybuilding programs are concerned is their level of comfort in parading their body. After all, it is their body and they are the ones who carry it, live with it and take care of it. It’s just a matter of respecting personal preferences and respecting the people who chose it. It is important that with the growth of body and muscle parts, there will also be elevation of a level of happiness and positive self-image.
