Why Are Fad Crash Diet Plans Not Good For You?
When you are on a diet, the food that you eat is as important as how much you eat. The fad diet plans simply surrender the common sense of that statement by saying, in many forms, that you need to reduce, or eliminate, your intake of: (insert food category from the latest fad diet here)!
That is not the way that the best diets work! You should diet plans reduce the food items that contribute the most calories to your body; however, all of the types of food and calories need to be present in the body so that it will function the way it is supposed to.
Fad crash diets are not set up in common sense ways for most people! There are not a lot of us who would reduce our caloric intake, of all kinds of food, to below 500 or 600 for very long! You would not only feel very tired, your body’s metabolism would be so slow the resulting effects on your body would be devastating. That is why fad diets are not good for you!
